Amish Father of 12 Faces 68 Years In Jail!

In the wake of anti-Christian, anti-white discrimination that we face all over the western world, even in America, attacks on the Amish who are a traditionally living, Christian, large family-having white people have really amped up in recent years. Many cities have begun passing laws which essentially outlaw many Amish practices and of course the federal government is also coming down hard on these simple Christian folk.
Now an Amish father of 12 is facing 68 years in prison for making an herbal product!
Have you heard about chickpea man? He is an Amish farmer who makes homeopathic salves. He was recently arrested by the United States government simply for making these salves without FDA labeling approval even though it is primarily only Amish people that use this product.

“Samuel Girod’s all-natural herbal products

Samuel Girod [G as in Gee: gi-ROD] and his family have been making and selling three all-natural herbal products for nearly 20 years.

No one has ever been harmed by the products; the Girods have pages of testimonials and scores of repeat customers.

Similar products are currently made and sold online worldwide (including on Amazon) by other people using the same or similar basic ingredients. The recipes are online as well, you can make them in your kitchen.
In 2001, an FDA agent informed Sam that his product labels were making medical claims regarding healing certain conditions. At the time, Sam’s label said, ““[g]ood for all skin disorders. Skin cancer, cuts, burns, draws, and poison ivy.”

Sam had to change his label, removing the skin cancer claim specifically, or do very expensive testing proving the claims. Sam changed the label, removing any reference to skin cancer.

Sam did not receive any further communication from the FDA until 2012 when someone called the FDA and reported that a store in MO was selling Sam’s products and that medical claims were being made.
The “medical claims” were in fact customer testimonials contained in a brochure about Sam’s products! These testimonials are no different than Amazon reviews.

Then the FDA claimed to have found a MO customer who had been harmed by Sam’s bloodroot salve.

In early 2013, during the investigation on that claim, FDA agents went to Sam’s home and demanded a warrantless search. Wanting to be cooperative, Sam said OK on one condition: that no photographs were taken (the Amish are religiously opposed to photography). The agents said no problem, no photos.

Then they got on the property, whipped out their cameras and took photos of everything.

Several months later, the Girods went before a federal judge in MO re the medical claims and the person supposedly injured. Turns out, not only has this customer never been identified or produced, the bloodroot salve this customer used was not even Sam’s!!!

Yet that judge put an injunction on Sam’s products with three stipulations:

none could be sold until all medical claims were removed (referring to the brochures);

Sam’s bloodroot salve could never be sold again EVER (1); and

Sam had to allow inspection of his property where the products were made FOR FIVE YEARS.

Sam complied with 1 and 2: he stopped selling the bloodroot salve and stopped using the brochures. He was not so compliant with the searches.
In late 2013, after the injunction, FDA agents came to do a second search. Sam informed them that nothing had changed since the first search 7 months earlier, and that, since they had lied and taken photos during the first search, they were not welcome to do a second.

Sam had a Bath County Sheriff’s deputy there who witnessed the entire event and told the agents to leave the property.

Unfortunately for Sam, he knows his constitutionally-guaranteed rights and he relied on them to make his next decisions.
These three product sales are how Sam’s family made their living. They had been denied this right via an arbitrary regulation made up by a federal agency with no true jurisdiction in the states — and with NO VICTIM.

So the Girods started selling their products again. Then, in 2014, Sam started a legal private membership club and sold his products to members via that framework. Perfectly legal.

Meanwhile, the FDA started criminal proceedings against Sam for disobeying the injunction (selling his products and refusing the search) plus two other very serious charges:
1. The FDA agents claimed that, when they came for the 2nd search, Sam and his family threatened them with physical violence. That is ludicrous enough on the face of it. Plus, the Sheriff’s deputy testified under oath that absolutely no threats were made, that, essentially, the FDA agents lied under oath.

2. The FDA also charged Sam with witness tampering. The witness who was supposedly tampered with? Read the eyewitness account of Mary Miller’s testimony, link below. (2)

The Trial 2.27.17

The Amish do not use lawyers as a rule and Sam did not. This is a decision made by the community, not just the accused. Apparently the Amish don’t trust lawyers. Imagine that.
Because he barely presented a defense against federal prosecutors for whom money and conscience are not problems, Sam was convicted on all counts. (3)

The judge ordered Sam to remain in jail until sentencing on 6/16/17. He’s been in jail since 2/27/17.

Had Sam had a good attorney, he would certainly have been acquitted on the most egregious counts (threatening federal agents and witness tampering). These charges were clearly manufactured solely to make Sam into a “real” criminal, with the FDA being the only victim.

The only other charges — selling “drugs” across state lines — were manufactured out of whole cloth as well. The FDA’s own tests proved that the products were not drugs, that they were made from all-natural ingredients!!! These charges should have been dismissed from the start.

Sam’s sentencing is 6/16 and he is looking at 68 years in prison. This is essentially a life sentence for charges stemming from an innocent labeling infraction!
Sam should not spend a minute in jail. Please sign and share our petition to President Trump for a presidential pardon: bit.ly/freeamishsam
Burning Questions

How does the FDA get away with determining what constitutes a “medical claim” anyway?

How are they able to define “drug” so broadly that a topical salve made from all edible ingredients becomes a “drug?”

Why are Amazon reviews ok but Sam’s customers’ testimonials a basis for criminal charges?

How is the FDA able to create criminal penalties for violation of arbitrary rules?

How does this kind of action against an Amish grandfather making salves from all-natural ingredients protect the public, particularly considering that every 19 minutes, someone dies from an FDA-approved pharmaceutical, an actual drug that has been tested and “proven safe”?

How will Sam’s incarceration for life make the American public any safer?

Considering that no one was harmed by his products, how has spending millions of dollars on Sam’s prosecution and 16 years of harassment made the world a better place?

A SOLUTION

There is a better way to handle this. Let us Americans make healing claims on our products with the disclaimer, “These claims have not been scientifically proven. Please use your internet and library to verify claims to your own satisfaction prior to use.”

Sam’s prosecution is a prime example of bureaucracy run amok, enforcement for enforcement’s sake to justify an agency’s existence. There are literally thousands of people in jail (4) for breaking agency regulations fabricated by the agencies! Their rules and regulations are as arbitrary and illegal as they can be, with the result of making us all criminals in our own homes.

Who exactly is being protected here?”

Colleges Are Teaching That Whites Are Evil and It’s Getting People Killed!

Why won’t the MSM (mainstream media) report on the connection between anti white hate speech in college classrooms, anti white vanadalism and attacks on, and the murder of, white students?
For several years now the racist, anti white hate speech and practices of universities and professors has really amped up.

Professors openly calling for white genocide..

At the University of Austin this has been ignored. The campus was recently spray painted with anti white, anti frat boy graffiti all over the historic campus, but did you hear about it? No.

Then, yesterday, this black man and memeber of antifa, a man who has videos posted to YouTube about killing whites and burning their homes down, walked onto campus, killed one white boy and attempted to kill more before being taken into custody.

The boy he killed was named Harrison Brown. Say his name. Harrison Brown. He’s dead because our society condones, supports and encourages anti white, anti male hyperbole with not so much as a whimper of a push back. The entirely peaceful #WhiteLivesMatter group is labeled a hate group by the SPLC while #BlackLivesMatter members have literally gunned down cops and they are heralded as MSM heroes. People are busy punching Richard Spencer in the face despite the fact that he’s harmed no one, they are even suing the people who come to the aid of Richard’s mother when he was being blackmailed and extorted out of her property and livelihood but no one goes after the people promoting and carrying out the real violence in our streets.
Harrison Brown, say his name!

Young Woman Never Knew About Trad Life

Along my journey I’ve been so grateful to God that He has helped me realize the purpose of what He has called me to do, and not only that, but I am blessed with the privilege of seeing, first hand, how my struggle to let women and families know they have a choice and that they can lead a traditional lifestyle based on God’s plan for families, has impacted women around the world.

I was so happy yesterday to receive an email from a young woman living in another Western country. She has asked that I keep her identity private (women today cannot openly support traditional values without fear of social repercussions, that’s how bad things are) but she agreed to let me share a few quotes from her email. I hope they inspire you to keep fighting the good fight for Trad Life as they did me! Enjoy!

“I saw your interviews on Red Ice radio and was shocked to see how much the mainstream media twisted your words todemonize  you. I then looked at your Twitter and hearing your message had a profound effect on me.”
“[I live] where multiculturalism is rampant and pretty much everyone I know (especially my age) is strongly left wing. My eyes have been opened to the damage that mass immigration has done on my beautiful country.”
“Reading your Twitter made me realise that it’s okay to be a ‘boring’ white woman that has traditional values. Even abstaining from alcohol and drugs, rap music and being monogamous means I am ridiculed by my peers so it’s wonderful to see women like you standing up for people like us. ”
“In the space of a few days I’ve started questioning my SJW liberal viewpoint and I’ve decided that I would like to be a trad wife. I cannot thank you enough for being vocal about your beliefs because otherwise I never would have been exposed to them, since the mainstream media does such a great job promoting liberal ideology.”
“…please take this email as words of encouragement that you are doing the right thing, and are touching the lives of people across the world. God bless you.”
Keep fighting friends! We are impacting the world for God!

My Best Paleo Bread Recipe

Whether you’re gluten-free, grain free or just counting carbs, Paleo bread is a SUPER easy way to keep your kitchen rolling. During the week while we’re doing our home school we either have leftovers or I make sandwiches for lunch. We typically use with homemade sourdough or my Paleo bread. Now, I’ll say upfront that using ground almonds for flour is tastier but coconut flour is cheaper, hence I do the coconut loaf 😉
Here’s my recipe…

 Ingredients
1 1/2 cups coconut flour

  1cup oil or butter, melted

  12 eggs

  1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  2 teaspoons baking powder
Blend together eggs, butter, and salt. Combine coconut flour with baking powder and whisk thoroughly into batter until there are no lumps. Pour into greased bread loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Store in the fridge.
Optional
Add a tablespoon of ground flax for a “grainer” taste and look
Add two heping tablespoons of tomato paste and a teaspoon of Italian herbs for a rich flavor (bake for 10 minutes longer)
Add a tablespoon of honey for a sweeter bread
Fry slices of this bread in butter or bacon grease for a tastier sandwich.
Add 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese for a cheesy version
Enjoy!

The Racism of the Left

So, what I’ve learned since writing my blog about how I think black ghetto rap culture is destructive is that to say that gets you called racist by the toleant Left. But wait a minute. Racism is..
rac·ism

ˈrāˌsizəm/

noun

prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one’s own race is superior.

“a program to combat racism”

synonyms: racial discrimination, racialism, racial prejudice, xenophobia, chauvinism, bigotry, casteism

Aborigines are the main victims of racism in Australia”

the belief that all members of each race possess characteristics or abilities specific to that race, especially so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races.
So clearly if you think I’m racist for not approving of black, ghetto rap culture then you must be making the broad, sweeping generalization that ALL black people participate in black, ghetto rap culture. Hum…let’s refer to that definition again, ” belief that all members of each race possess characteristics or abilities specific to that race.”
Ah yes, once again we find that the Left are the real racists.
And for people who need this dumbed down a bit, I’ll present it in simpler terms

This is bad.

This is good.

Amish Magazines

Did you know the Amish print three magazines? One for families, one for children and one for school teachers. Did you know you can order them and have them arrive in your mail box even if you’re not Amish? It’s so much fun! For about a year now my family and I have been keeping up with the Amish in North America by reading their magazines which include articles written by Amish as well as letters and notes of encouragement. It gives an amazing peak into their unique lives as well as lots of inspiration to the Christian family!

A Productive Child is a Happy Child

Children need productive, hard and valuable work to do. In our current society most children spend the ages of two to eighteen just sitting around and killing time waiting to be adults. For most of them when they do hit eighteen they take off like a rocket for good and sometimes for bad trying desperately to fill this aching void inside themselves. Autism doesn’t exist in the Amish community and some say it’s diet, some say it’s a lack of vaccines, and I’m sure those play a role but I think a lot of it is lifestyle. What our society calls mild autism, or sensory issues might just be children not living a valued life full of meaning and close to nature or the symptoms of mild autism might disappear or become lessened when one feels like they are an important member of their community. As our modern society progresses children are not treated or seen as valuable, productive members of their community and hence they act like it. They are restless, they are bored, they are numb. We have life so easy now it seems like there is little we can find for a child to do to keep them busy and productive. We might have them make their bed or empty the dishwasher but these things are small time and petty and the child feels that. We aren’t relying on them, they aren’t needed. We must convince children they are needed in order for their self worth to flourish. Invest in it a bit. Get them work aprons, work gloves, work shoes if you can. So here are some ideas for children to help out around the house.

And my favorite chore for either gender, butter churning! You don’t need a churn either. Buy a mason jar, fill it with heavy whipping cream and you’re ready to shake your way to butter! Burns energy and kids LOOOOOVE making their own butter. It’s often cheaper too and fresh butter is heavenly!

Daily and weekly rhythm is the key to kids who do their chores willingly.
If your children are young (under 10) you are most likely going to have to do these chores with them in order to get them to do them and do them correctly. Don’t shy away from hard work! Your house will be cleaner and more organized and you and your children will save money, sleep better and fight less and most important your children will know they are vital to the function of your family! 🙂

New Rule

New rule, if you stalk my private Facebook account and message me threats, I will expose your information in an effort to keep myself and my family safe by exposing you. So here is Sianna Jacobus who doesn’t follow me very closely because I’ve said on Twitter dozens of times how adorable Asian and half Asian babies are, one of my Twitter besties is a white woman married to an Asian man and I adore her kids but whatever, truth doesn’t matter to these fascists and I don’t play nice anymore. She literally threatened me physically telling me to “watch out.” I’ve reported her threat to the Mamoth Lakes Police Department and I’m in contact with them regarding her threats.

Young adults in the Church

It’s truly heart breaking what is happening to Mormon young adults. These latter-days are tough and challenging but we have got to be better than this. This man cyber stalked my private info and began sending me harassing messages. He’s not the first Millennial Mormon to cyber stalk and harass me and I’m sure he won’t be the last.

Well, not today Satan. You won’t win today and you won’t win ever. Good always triumphs over evil.
