Don’t #TakeAKnee? You’re A White Supremacist. Meanwhile, White Mothers Are Shot To Death In Church

⚪️

This is a headline from Huff Po today, in all seriousness they do not mean this as a joke. This makes me want to shout from the roof top! This is what they’ve been leading up to for years now! These are the same lunatics who have been calling me a white supremacist for daring to say rap and black ghetto culture are bad influences on children and for having the audacity to say that white people should be encouraged to have families and children.

⚪️

And just as they came for me and tried to smear me in the international press, literally no white personal is safe from their racist, anti white, obsession. Today, it doesn’t matter if you are speaking for out for white people, it doesn’t matter if you try to stay silent or try to appease them, they will keep narrowing the definition of “racist, white supremacist, Nazi” until every last white person fits inside of it.

⚪️

⚪️

And once we are all labeled white supremacists and we are out numbered in America, what happens next? Can anyone guess?

⚪️

⚪️

What happened in Antioch, TN last Sunday? A radical, black supremacist, #TakeAKnee supporter and Sudanese refugee “dreamer,” who posted all over his Facebook about how evil white people are; went into a church, yes, a church, shot a young mother of two children in the back, rolled her over and shot her in the face. The first step toward normalizing this hate crime is the fact that it, and all the others like it, go virtually unreported while all the media can do, the week after this innocent mother was murdered, is scream about football players standing for our national anthem.

Michaelmas – A Week Long Celebration Guide

Me dressed up as Sir George to tell the kids a Michaelmas tale.

🐉

Since 2009 my family and I have celebrated Michaelmas with a week of activities which include; crafts, games, dressing up and story time and every year I post this guide so that you can join the fun with us!

🐲

Fall Equinox falls one week prior to the Christian celebration of Michaelmas. These two holidays are often celebrated in similar fashions, with harvest feasts and various fall merriment. Michaelmas; also known as the Feast of Saints Michael, Gabriel, Uriel and Raphael, the Feast of the Archangels, or the Feast of Saint Michael and All Angels, is a time -as the days grow shorter-  to reflect on our inner strength that helps us over come the darkness in the world

🍁

The first ingredient in our week of fun is the story. Told in eight parts, the story brings to life the changing of the seasons and weaves these changes into a brave narrative of one boy’s defeat of a mighty dragon.

🍂

To join our celebration simply read the eight parts of the story guide and then expand the story line yourself as long or short as you like. Add places, names, descriptions and details. Be sure to tell the story to your children without reading it from a page, look at them, really engage them. Older children can have fun helping you flesh out the details of your story so that it truly becomes a narrative that is special and enduring to your family and can be shared year after year.

🐉

I dress up as Sir George with a knitted knight hat and red silk cape when I tell the tale. Be sure and tell the story early on in the day so you have time for the craft or activity I have suggested to accompany the narrative.

🐲

If you’re artistic use paper and crayons, paint, chalk or whatever to create a picture to go along with each day’s story. Encourage your children to create impromptu artwork about the story as well.

🍁

I’ve also created a list of things you will need for your week long celebration, don’t worry, it’s all very simple!

🍂

Supplies for the Week:

🐉🐲🐉🐲🐉🐲🐉🐲🐉🐲🐉

Local vegetables (to bake or steam)

Local, grass fed meat

Candles and candle holders or gourds and candles

Leaves (don’t worry if they haven’t turned yet, that’s OK)

Paper and crayon for leaf rubbings

Clay Ingredients – Baking soda, corn starch

Silks, scarves or blankets for a cape

Cardboard, scissors, tape

Cookie ingredients or prepared sugar cookie dough

Daily Guide

⚪️

Friday, September 22nd, Fall Equinox

🍁

Story guide: Begin by telling of an ancient land where all the people in the land (Mother Nature’s Realm, Avalon, maybe the city where you live or ?) are harvesting their crops and hold a big feast. Tell the children what kind of crops the people grew (based maybe on your local foods) and how the mothers and daughters careful prepared the food in big hot ovens built by the fathers and grandfathers.

⚪️

⚪️

Activity: Prepare a simple harvest dinner using your local veggies and grass fed meats. As a family, talk about where the food came from, who grew it and who harvested it.

⚪️
Saturday, September 23rd

🍁

Story Guide: In our ancient land, where last night we heard about the harvest and the feast, The Sun has decided that he’s tired of shinning all day long during these long, drawn out, summer days and the people no longer really need him to grow their food since the harvest so he asks the Angels to make the days shorter for a while so he can get more rest.

⚪️

Activity: Set out candles in your home in anticipation of Father Sun’s long naps or carve gourd lanterns.

⚪️

⚪️

Sunday, September 24th

🍁

Story Guide: Sister Wind grows chilly without the Sun around all day. She blows and blows to warm up, the way that running around can make you all hot and sweaty, but all her blowing just makes the leaves very cold. The cold leaves have the idea of trying to warm up by turning the colors of fire.

⚪️

Activity: Leaf rubbings

⚪️
Monday, September 25th

🍁

Story Guide: But turning the colors of fire does no good, the leaves are still cold and slowly they drop one by one to the ground. Some of the fire leaves fall upon a huge mound of earth and magically they become the scales on the back of a mighty dragon! The dragon immediately begins doing what dragons naturally do, he ravages villages and eats fair maidens, hissing big clouds of fire and smoke through the sky!

⚪️

Activity: Rake up some leaves into a pile, pretend it’s a dragon. Give him a scary name. If you don’t have leaves work with what you have; straw, a mound of dirt, a tree stump or a pile of laundry. To get even more creative make a papier-mâché head or tail.

⚪️
Tuesday, September 26th

🍁

Story Guide: The dragon frightens Mother Night and she is too scared to let the moon come out. The people know that without the moon there will be no winter night light for the hibernating animals and without a long winter nap the animals and seeds will not have energy to grow next spring. So the people ask their angels to help them.

⚪️

Activity: Make clay angel ornaments using this recipe. Bake them with ribbon inside and a loop at the top. Hang your angels on the trees outside to protect you from the dragon (or inside if your dragon is a pile of laundry).

⚪️
Wednesday, September 27th

🍁

Story Guide: The Angels agree that something must be done. They send a magic cape and sword to a young boy named George and knight him, Sir George, the brave knight of the Angels. He is afraid but he accepts the challenge to fight the dragon.

⚪️

⚪️

Activity: Make a stick or cardboard sword

⚪️
Thursday, September 28th

🍁

Story Guide: George and his magic cape and sword chase the dragon all around the earth, up into heaven and back. He fights many mighty battles. He fights the dragon in water, over a bridge, up a tall tower, in a field. George is tired, he doesn’t think he can go on. George prays and asks God for inner strength the courage to save his people.

⚪️

⚪️

Activity: Make a cape. You can get fancy and use silk scarves that you dye naturally or simply use a cut up sheet, blanket or scarf.

⚪️
Friday, September 29th, Michaelmas!

🍁

Story Guide: God sends The Angel Michael to George and the Angel Michael tells George about the war in heaven and how he helped win the battle that ended in Lucifer being cast out of heaven. Through Michaels example, George gains new strength to slay the mighty dragon. He corners the dragon between two large boulders and victoriously defeats him. All the people are happy and bake good things to eat and give them to the brave George.

⚪️

*Don’t be tempted to think this tale as too violent for young ones. Children view the world and death differently than we do as adults. The simple triumph of slaying the dragon will not translate into violent animal murdering adults, I promise. Fairy tales speak to the soul and part of that magic is the death of the evil in the story. This empowers children to believe they can conquer their own woes, putting them to “death.”

⚪️

Activity: Dress the family up and act out the whole story, bake sugar cookies cut them out to look like dragons, swords, angels, etc., read Revelations Chapter 12. Go on a dragon hunt. My family goes to the same place every year, a park with natural cave formations, and we explore, hunting for dragon tracks in the dirt to see if we can find him.

⚪️

Two knights and a princess hunt for dragons!

Hairstyles; How Much Is Too Much?

These hairstyles are amazing and my mind is blown at the talent of these stylists. Women’s social media right now is full of quickly edited videos that show how you can turn braided hair into elaborate designs, some looking like hats, bows and flowers. It seeme like innocent fun however many might not realize that the Bible warns us against these sorts of things.

⚪️

In  1 Timothy 2: 9-10 we read, “Likewise also that women should adorn themselves in respectable apparel, with modesty and self-control, not with braided hair and gold or pearls or costly attire, but with what is proper for women who profess godliness—with good works.”

⚪️

Now, I’ve spoken to many Biblical scholars about this passage and they have told me that it refers to the lavish, costly and ornate braided hairstyles of that time period that women would spend days creating, not simple braids like you might see on Little House on the Prairie. It’s interesting to me that in this time today when we see more and more people rejecting Biblical counsel on homosexuality, divorce, abortion, socialism, leadership, chastity, the family, hard work, modestly, etc. that we also see the rerun of these sorts of hairstyles.

⚪️

Be careful out there friends. Read your scriptures often and pray about all things.

How to Nutritionally Prepare for a Homebirth

I’ve given birth 6 times. The first 5 times I had a home birth, the last baby, number 6 was a hospital birth attended by a midwife. My husband caught all but two of our babies (number one and number five). I found good nutrition was essential in having a healthy birth outcome. Here are some of my favorite ways to naturally boost the body for birth.

⚪️
Alfalfa

⚪️

⚪️

After giving birth your placenta naturally detaches from the inside of your uterus and like losing any part of your body it causes blood loss. After the energy you spend giving birth, the last thing you want is to lose too much blood or even lose enough to make you feel icky or more tired then you would.

⚪️

A great solution is to boost your vitamin K before giving birth. Vitamin K is what helps your blood clot which will aide in not losing so much blood after birth. I get my alfalfa in pill form from my local health food store. I take a few pills throughout the day for about 5 weeks before my due date. I keep up with them for a few weeks postpartum as well.

⚪️
Smoothies

⚪️

 ⚪️

Who doesn’t love a smoothie just for fun? The great thing about smoothies is they are a neat way to hide whole foods that are more difficult or unappetizing to take on their own.

⚪️

My typical daily smoothie includes:

⚪️

-1 cup of milk (nut, seed, coconut or dairy) and a few cubes of ice

As a base

 ⚪️

-1 tablespoon of full fat yogurt

For pro-biotics

 ⚪️

-A handful of frozen, organic, berries

For anti-oxidants, potassium, and B-17 in the seeds

 ⚪️

-1 tablespoon of coconut oil

A high quality saturated fat used by your body to keep muscles strong, hormone levels steady and functioning. It also helps keep skin healthy and regulates your metabolism.

 ⚪️

-Sometimes a banana if I have one

For extra sweetness, vitamins and minerals

 ⚪️

-A liquid calcium-magnesium-zinc supplement (strawberry flavored)

To build strong bones and prepare my body for breastfeeding

 ⚪️

-Liquid Source multi-vitamin from sea vegetable, cherry flavored

To get an extra boost of vitamins

⚪️

-One or two raw egg yolks from our chickens, yellows only

These are high in vitamins A, D, E and K. They also contain B vitamins, calcium and zinc and a good dose of cholesterol which is essential for your body to make Vitamin D from the sun. They also have essential fatty acids in the correct ratio.

⚪️
Tea

⚪️

⚪️

Tea is such a calming and lovely way to nourish our bodies. My birth prep tea includes;

⚪️

Red Raspberry Leaf

Nettle

Chamomile

Rose Hips

Horsetail

Ginger root

Dandelion leaves

Spearmint (lots! Yum!)

Oatstraw

Red Clover Blossoms

Cramp Bark

⚪️

I blend these all together in equal parts, except of the red raspberry leaf and the spearmint, I do about 5 times as much of those as the other ingredients. I steep about 1/8 cup of the mix in about 2-3 cups of hot water for at least 10 minutes, strain and then drink. I drink on this tea throughout the day.

⚪️

These herbs boost nutrients, help tone the uterus and surrounding tissues, improve circulation, help prevent varicosities, and promotes kidney and bladder health. It even helps if there is a hemorrhage at the time of birth.

⚪️

Sun Bathing

⚪️

⚪️

Vitamin D is essential to good health. Period. There is no getting around it and there is virtually no other way to get it than the sun. Supplements rarely work or can be toxic and most foods that use to be high in vitamin D are so low due to soil erosion that even organic vegetables have low vitamin D counts these days.

⚪️

People use to live in the outdoors and get huge doses of sunshine and hence vitamin D. These days we travel from building to car to another building. It’s important to take some time to soak up the sun!

⚪️

The top benefits of soaking up the sun for vitamin D include:

⚪️

1. It helps the intestines absorb nutrients. Super charge what your getting from your tea and smoothies by making sure you have enough vitamin D 🙂

⚪️

2. It’s helps your body balance calcium and build strong bones.

⚪️

3. Vitamin D regulates blood pressure, reduces stress and tension, relieves body aches and pains by reducing muscle spasms, reduces respiratory infections, helps in differentiation of the cells, aids in insulin secretion, helps fight depression, improves overall skin health by reducing wrinkles, makes skin soft, strong, and smooth, and improves cardiovascular strength by providing a protective lining for the blood vessels. Source
⚪️

How long you need to sit out depends on your skin’s coloring. Less time for lighter skin and longer for dark skin. I’m VERY fair skinned and I spend about 15-25 minutes per day in the sunshine. I usually wear a swim suit or have that amount of skin covered/uncovered. If you have very dark skin you may need to spend up to two hours in the sun.

⚪️

Black Strap Molasses and Lemon Juice

⚪️

⚪️

Blackstrap molasses is a wonder food. I cannot praise it enough! I was anemic for most of my life. Nothing I tried could boost my iron levels and I tried everything! Success for me only came when I began taking Blackstrap Molasses with lemon juice.

⚪️

Blackstrap molasses is high in absorable iron and B vitamins. It’s a great way to regulate your period and make it more comfortable and before giving birth it helps your body build up it’s blood and gives you mood uplifting B vitamins to help with the hormonal drops after birth that can cause postpartum depression.

⚪️

Taking it with lemon juice, or another source of vitamin C, helps your body maximize this miracle food!

 ⚪️
Meditation

⚪️

⚪️
I use meditation throughout my pregnancy but toward the end I especially need it! Getting our bodies in shape is great BUT we must also remember to tune our mind. Reading your scriptures will help with that and so will meditating. From about 8 months on I meditate everyday on the PERFECT birth.

⚪️

My perfect birth usually goes a little something like this …

⚪️

I start having contractions while still in bed one morning. I sleep through the gentle ones for about an hour and then I feel the urge to get up. I hop in the shower and clean up and then head down stairs. I get breakfast on the table and set to cleaning my house. I totally engross myself in cleaning as long as I can possibly stand. Soon the contractions are coming strong so I go into my den, lay out some towels and get my birth skirt on. I dance, I pace, I sing – whatever keeps me happy and distracted. Finally I’m swept away and the urge to push begins. I get over my blankets and begin working with my body to ease the baby out. I keep my face relaxed and I do not scream, grunt or shout. I take long slow breaths and recite scriptures in my head. After a few minutes of pushing the head crowns. Out the heads pops. I take a slow deep breath and out slips the body peacefully. I cuddle my little girl close.

⚪️

Your thoughts become reality! Make them the best you can 🙂

⚪️

⚪️

Blessings on your way to vibrant, beautiful, full body health!

How to Build the Perfect, Low Cost, Healthy Family Meal

⚪️
A lot of times it can be discouraging to eat healthy, whole foods. It can be really expensive to eat grass fed meats and dairy, organic, local veggies, and the like especially if you are trying to prepare traditional meals with these expensive ingredients.

⚪️

Over time I have been working on our menu to create yummy dishes that really pack a nutritious punch while being very easy on the pocket book. Here’s some things I’ve learned.

⚪️

Base your meals on the following formula…

⚪️

Bulk grain or bean + local, organic veggies + nutrient dense toppings

⚪️

So let’s break these down and talk about where and how to buy them and how to prepare them.

⚪️
Bulk Grains and Beans

⚪️

What Are They…

⚪️

Brown Rice

Beans

Whole Wheat (whole or ground)

Lentils

Qinoa

Oatmeal

⚪️

Where to Buy Them…

⚪️

You can get these organic at the health food store for $1-2 dollars per pound. You can also check your local big discount store, like Food Maxx, and see what they carry. There are also bulk orders available through many health food stores as a special order or with a discount delivery company such a Azure Standard.

⚪️

How to Prepare Them

⚪️

Beans (except black), Lentils, Qinoa and Whole Wheat Berries

⚪️

Soak the grains or beans in water for 12 hours. Drain and place in a colander. For the next two days stir the beans or grains and mist them with water. They will begin to sprout . After sprouted cook normally.

⚪️

Rice, Black Beans, Ground Wheat, Oatmeal

⚪️

Soak the bean or grain in water with one table spoon of high quality, sugar free, whole yogurt mixed in well. Soak for 24 hours. Drain and cook normally. For rice you’ll want to place it in a flat bottom pan and fill with water until the water level is about one centimeter above the rice level. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes maximum.

⚪️

Adding Flavors

⚪️

When flavoring beans and grains you want to be sure to add one thing from these five categories. Don’t over do the seasonings, you only need a dash of each, taste your creation often to balance the flavor to your liking.

⚪️

– Fat (butter, pork grease, olive oil, grapeseed oil, beef grease, etc)

⚪️

– Salty (himalayan, celtic, or sea salt or MSG free sea salt)

⚪️

– Savory (fish sauce, celery powder, onion, sea weed flakes, flavorful herbs, etc)

⚪️

– Sweet (honey, coconut sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, a dab or juice, etc)

⚪️

– Spicy (pepper, chili flakes, garlic, mustard, etc)

⚪️

– Bitter (lemon or lime juice works the best for this)

⚪️
Local, Organic Veggies or Fruits

⚪️

Where to Buy Them

⚪️

The best place of course is to grow them yourself. The second best is your local Farmer’s Market or CSA. The next step would be your local heath food store and baring that your regular grocery store will do.

⚪️

How to Prepare Them

⚪️

There are such a wide variety of fruits and veggies that it would take pages and pages to go through each type. The best advice I can give is to google your fruit or veggie and read up on the best way to cook it. Baring that we like to steam and stir fry ours. Be careful not to overcook. You don’t want your veggie to be mush, they should yield gently to your fork and knife.
⚪️

Nutrient Dense Toppings
⚪️

What Are They…

⚪️

Here’s a short list to give you an idea.

⚪️

– Meat

– Sea Weed

– Animal Broth

– Nuts, especially walnuts and almonds

– Seeds like pumpkin and sunflower

– Heavy Cream

– Pastured Butter

– Clams

– Fish

– Eggs

– Raw Cheese

– Olives

– Palm Hearts

– Etc….
⚪️
Happy cooking and creating!

The 2 Most Important Proclamations For the Future of the West

I was just thinking today that my beliefs really can be summed up by two documents and that these two documents are perhaps the two most important battle cries we have going forward in our quest to save Western Civilization.

⚪️

First, The Family; A Proclamation to the World, may be from the LDS Church but its declarations are fairly universal. Gender is real, family is important, Christ is the center of family life.

⚪️

Healthy, heterosexual, family units are the most important units/building blocks we will use to restore the West.

⚪️

⚪️

My political beliefs, as I’ve often said, can be summed up by Vox Day’s “What the Alt Right Is.” Moving forward our movement must of a banner under which to gather and this is my favorite, hands down.

⚪️

⚪️

Deus Vult, y’all ✌🏻😉

My DNA Test Was Shocking…

So, as people who have been following me for a while know, when I first started out gaining some attention online I often made reference to my Native American heritage (I mentioned it briefly on my first interview with Lana of Red Ice TV for example). I grew up my whole life being told that my grand mother’s, grandmother was Pamunkey Powhatan. I had her name, her tribe name, tons of information on her ancestors and also some possible links to the Lakota tribe as well. I did a lot of research on this and had an extensive paper trail, so imagine my shock when my DNA test in 2015, came back 100% European! 😮

⚪️

What shocked me further was that I was basically half Germanic, half British. My family had lived in the “melting pot” of America for 400 years and no one had recently so much as glanced at any other kind of European, let alone anyone else. I really didn’t expect that. I excepted to be much more mixed -after all, that’s the narrative we are given, but it turns out my story isn’t unique. Now that DNA testing is possible it has found that overwhelming white people in America are…well….white. For all this business about diversity whites in America are still 98.6% European on average.

⚪️

Family myths and legends about Cherokee Princess grandmothers are popular but I wonder what will happen now that white Americans can see for themselves what their ancestry is and I also wonder how the American narrative of being a melting pot, pushed on so many of us as children, will hold up under the light of DNA science. Time will tell….

⚪️

(And yes, I know my real name is on my test but the mainstream news has fully doxed me at this point so it doesn’t really matter anymore does it?)
