I do not understand how celebrating your/my white heritage in any way could condone the violence and hatred spewed by the white supremacist movement. By its’ very name it implies that my white culture is somehow better than an others culture that has roots in a part of the globe that gets more sunlight than the part of the globe my ancestors came from. I am honestly confused…Christ teaches love and acceptance. Christ himself was not fair skinned. His culture was not European. Be proud of your culture, your ancestors, but why try to put yourself above others?

Where in the article does the author mention white supremacy? She does not. Again, you are reading things into her article based on what your life-long brainwashing. Racial differences are not confined to skin color. There are real biological and genetic differences between the races, and those differences express themselves culturally. Why does everybody insist on denying this scientific FACT? And some cultures believe in child marriage; or child sacrifice… are those cultures equal to ours? Are all cultures equal? Why? Have you ever thought for yourself about these questions? The only person so far who cares what color Jesus was is you. Are you racist?
